By submitting this registration and attending Association events, I grant permission to the Association to photograph, record, and otherwise capture my image and likeness, and to use, reproduce, publish, and distribute such media in any format for lawful promotional, educational, or informational purposes, without compensation. I understand that these materials may be used in print, digital, and social media. If I prefer not to be photographed or recorded, I agree to notify the Association in advance or at the event.
