1. Create your flyer.

  • Accepted file types: high resolution image (preferred) or PDF
  • Up to 3, 8.5'' x 11'' pages may be included
  • Flyer must adhere to all guidelines set forth by the REALTOR® Code of Ethics and License Laws, and must include the following:
    • Name of Broker, Firm, or Business Name (must be same size or larger than agent name/contact information and placed prominently)
    • To help email deliverability, all caps or exclamation points cannot be used in your subject line.
    • The word “REALTOR®” must be in all capital letters, and include the superscripted trademark “®” symbol.
    • Address and/or phone number
    • Must include the verbiage: “This message is neither sponsored nor endorsed by GKAR.”
    • Cannot promote a raffle or game of chance.
    • All incentives must be for broker, not agent.
    • All giveaways must be offered to all attendees.

  • Fill in all form fields to avoid delays in processing.
  • Double-check each field as well as your flyer file before submitting to ensure your information is accurate.

3. Review your email proof carefully and reply with your approval.

  • Links 
Please Respond to your email proof with an approval in order for your email to be scheduled in our system. Any changes will delay the sending of your email. Requests and/or proof approvals received after 5:00 pm will be processed the next processing day.

Member to Member Email Processing Schedule

Please Note: The GKAR office is closed on New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, the Day after Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Forms received on these days will be processed on the next processing day (Monday, Wednesday, or Friday).
