As we prepare for another membership renewal season, we want to sincerely thank you for being part of the GKAR community. Your membership strengthens our profession and helps us continue advocating for REALTORS®, providing valuable education, fostering meaningful connections, and supporting your success throughout the year.

Annual REALTOR® membership renewals open on Monday, August 10th. We invite REALTORS® to renew their membership by Thursday, September 10th to continue enjoying the benefits and opportunities that come with being a GKAR Member.

 Online Payment Instructions

Instead of an email with an attached invoice, Members will receive an email announcing their 2027 renewal invoice is available to view and pay in the GKAR Member Login via Member Central. Tip! For the best user experience, use a computer or laptop to access your account and make a payment.

Aug 10th - Invoice available in GKAR Member Login
Sep 9th - Deadline to elect retirement
Sep 10th - ***Payment due date***
Sep 11th - For past-due accounts: late fee of $25 + 1% administrative fee assessed
Oct 11th - For past-due accounts: late fee of $25 + 1% administrative fee assessed; account suspension w/ $100 fee to reinstate membership

GKAR Policy allows a REALTOR® Member to elect, once, to retire in the fourth quarter of the current year and would exempt the Member from payment of future Annual Dues.
