Officer elections were held at the Michigan REALTORS^® Board of Directors meeting on Thursday, June 10^th, 2021. Pursuant to Michigan Realtors® Bylaws, President-Elect James Iodice will automatically assume the office of President in 2022. Current Treasurer, Natalie Rowe was unanimously elected as President-Elect. With a majority vote being present, Sandi Smith was elected as the 2022 Treasurer. Congratulations to the 2022 Leadership Team! Email Natalie.

Your 2022 annual GKAR dues statements, for REALTOR^® Members, will be mailed and emailed to the preferred addresses on file on August 10^th, 2021, and will be due no later than September 10^th, 2021. Dues can be paid securely online at GKAR.com using the Member Login, by check, or by credit card.

The Annual Golf Outing & RPAC Fundraiser is happening on Monday, August 30^th, 2021, at The Moors in     Portage. Be sure to register—teams go fast.

At the direction of your Board of Directors, the Potential Fair Housing Violation Identification Policy Task Force was created to review and implement policy regarding possible fair housing violations in the MLS.

Have you already taken CE? If you completed one of the Alpha, Bravo, or Charlie two-hour virtual Continuing Education Courses with GKAR, you earned your 2021 two Credit Hours Legal. If you completed all three Courses, you earned the recommended six hours of CE per year. Do you still need CE? We have several CE options coming up in 2021 that are included with your GKAR Membership.

The annual Membership Appreciation and Wine Down program, originally scheduled for May 2021, is moving to October 2021 in response to the results of our Business Partner Sponsor survey.
