Admission is complimentary for GKAR REALTOR® Members. See tabs below for Guests and GKAR Business Partner Admission prices. Pre-registration is required for all by Thursday, November 21st, 2024 at 3:00 pm - to ensure your seat and so we may have an accurate count for printed programs, entrees, desserts, and beverage tickets.

REALTOR® Members

Admission is complimentary for GKAR REALTOR Members. If you'd like to bring a guest who is not a GKAR Member, admission is $40 per guest.

GKAR Business Partner Members

Admission is complimentary for up to Two (2) Members. Admission is $40 per Additional Business Partner Member.

Platinum Sponsors

Admission is complimentary for up to Five (5) Members.

Diamond & Gold Sponsors

Admission is complimentary for up to Four (4) Members.

Silver & Bronze Sponsors

Admission is complimentary for up to Three (3) Members.

*Important: Admission may be available at the door - only if space allows. For this reason, pre-registration is strongly recommended. Non-Member/Business Partner/Additional Business Partner Sponsor admission is $40 per person and will be billed on November 22nd, 2024. Cancellations must be made no later than 3:00 pm, on Thursday, November 21st, 2024. No refunds will be issued after November 21st. A no-show fee of $40/person will be assessed following the event, for those who register, but do not attend.

What should I wear?
Dress to impress! This is GKAR's most formal event of the year. Holiday, business professional, and/or cocktail attire is encouraged.
Tell me about parking and check-in.
Park in the Radisson Parking Garage, bring your Radisson Parking entry ticket inside to receive your validation sticker. Valet parking validation is not available.

Based on Member feedback, we've taken steps to expedite the check-in process. Therefore, ribbons and nametags will not be distributed this year.

Doors open at 11:00 am.
