KALAMAZOO, MI - The Greater Kalamazoo Association of REALTORS® (GKAR) Board of Directors is pleased to welcome Leighun Brabec as the Association’s new Chief Executive Officer, effective December 1st, 2025.
Brabec was selected for her extensive leadership experience, strong record of community involvement, and her member-focused approach to serving REALTORS® and GKAR Business Partners. She succeeds Robin McIntosh, who retired in July 2025 after more than 13 years of dedicated service to the Association and its Members.

A licensed broker and REALTOR®, Brabec joins GKAR from Lincoln, NE, bringing more than 20 years of experience in residential real estate sales and brokerage management. She is deeply committed to positioning associations and real estate professionals for long-term success through innovative education, industry advocacy, and meaningful member support.
