Open House Basics
* Take a buddy, never go alone.
* Let at least five people know where you are and check in with
them regularly.
* Meet the neighbors, invite them to view the home.
Plan Ahead
* Visit the homes/neighborhood at least three times at different
times of the day.
* Check your cell phone reception.
* Check for animals, lighting, and landscape issues.
Trust Your Gut
If something doesn't feel right, it probably isn't. Keep your cell phone on you at all times and use it!
