GKAR members can provide to their customers a free e-brochure on help that's available for avoiding foreclosure using the federal Home Affordable Foreclosure Alternatives (HAFA) program. HAFA provides for standardized loan modification procedures for bans. Fir cases in which modifications won't work, HAFA provides standardized short sale procedures.
