Fannie Mae has added two new resources for home buyers and real estate professionals involved with buying a home owned by Fannie Mae (often called an REO (real estate owned) property). The HomePath Buyers Guide is designed to help home buyers navigate the process of buying an REO home from Fannie Mae. The HomePath Podcast Series includes overviews of Fannie Mae, the HomePath Program, and financing options for buying a Fannie Mae REO property.
